Recto, i'm sure someone asking you and say: ""boss, pagawa kayong diploma?" . they are the fixers who offering a service to fix your problem about your public documents like diplomas, sss card, transcript of records, class cards, employment certificates, passport, land title, birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc..

the prices are:

employment certificate: P 100-200
diploma, sss id card: P200-300.00
transcript of records: P500-1000
land title: P1000-4000


actually, i live in that place near isetann department store recto(haha!). but im proud to say that all of my documents are genuine and create in a real trully process. even if someone doubt to my papers, i present official receipt to support my documents.

there are fixers way back in 1970's. it composed of 5 men when they started and named: "the golden hands". it serves as a talent for them because they have no computers to do it quickly and perfect . with their concentration and passion to faked all documents, they do. so with this, the opportunity of making money in bad ways are increased also the desperate customers.

according to the law, any participation for tampering documents are possible to file a case which is FALCIFICATION OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS. that power will be given to the police authority to chase individuals who concern to this kind of anomalous activity. but sad to say, nothing has follow. up to now it will continue and increase the possible victims. it is a good idea(for them) to
cheat their class cards and school reciept. it is a good way to get a job even if they didn't experienced their desired position. to say that they graduate in exclusive school even not. to sell properties even the documents are faked.

sometimes they had confidence to do this kind of job because to the people behind them. few steps you walked you'll see the police station. few steps again, city jail.
